I'm not exactly sure why, but I downloaded the game, unzipped with winrar, had all the necessary updates, but when I launch the game I get the loading game screen then straight back out of the game to my home screen on my android. I don't know what I'm doing wrong.
Well, main story wise, no. However additional side content is possible to miss. But that's usually just small things. One thing I know for sure (because I played through 3 times now) is when Ashles took you to the clocktower, when her affection (I think it was affection, maybe another trait) wasn't high enough, you don't have a special option in your answers and miss a small extra scene. Those options usually have a different color. Since this scene is a one-time event, once you're through it, you can't do it again. So if the traits aren't high enough, you may miss some minor additional scenes. But storywise you don't need to worry.
Are you sure you are not thinking of the restaurant scene? Because that one has a yellow option locked behind exhibitionism, and it doesn't appear in the gallery, so it's actually a one-off... But there are no yellow options in the clocktower scene.
Unless it's removed entirely if you don't meet the prereqs, but usually that isn't how it works.
Edit: tested on a fresh game, and nope, that was correct, and indeed you don't get it in the Gallery on replay.
There is a yellow option that is unlocked at, I think, Exhibitionism 11.
So, yes, it is technically possible to miss content.
im having issues triggering the Relationship Level 31 for maria, i have everything unlocked on the computer, maxed out all the fetishes on her and several others and maxed the story on everything else but this will just not trigger, i looked on the wiki and it says be in my room at noon... i have waited for a week straight just staying in the room for almost 2 full weeks before giving up and working on other things. im just clueless on what to do to trigger it does anyone have any clues? i dont want to start again just for this to happen again.

Currently at level 18, I believe, (could be a bit lower or higher) with the Android and the "Have some fun" with her while in the bedroom is still locked, even though I've supposedly unlocked both the "Alarm" and Cunnilingus. Is this a glitch or do I simply have to progress through her story more?
I started on this version, so it’s not an update issue. And I’ve decompiled the compressed scripts to find that info - you should consider double-checking just to be sure. To be clear, the bar script runs fine if you view the report at this level, but it fails if you skip it. It really does seem that the skip logic just doesn’t initialize bpatron3 specifically. It’s also consistent and reproduceable - it happens every time the report comes in, but again, only if I skip the report instead of reading it.
Help please, I'm totally lost in the game. I don't know how to advance and I have many events left to do. I also don't know how to improve Lin and Android's relationship, nor how to continue the story. The bar only says to come back when they are about to close.😓
From my experience, theres an exclamation mark next to a character in the character menu when theres a new event for them, I check the doors at different times of different days and if it says * talk * or something along those lines thats how I trigger the next event.
I love this game and the story. I hope v.19 comes out soon, I want to know more if what is going to happen in it. Just curious though, humans are actually the aliens to that world and didn't really evolve there, right?
Well, not exactly aliens since it was stated in various places that Elves, Faries and Humans did have a common ancestor. Though how those 3 major species have diverged that much is still unknown. I would also argue that elves and faries are probably closer related compared to humans, but maybe humans evolved out of elves? It would take a really long time of strict isolation for such a strong diversion. That includes the various elf races.
It's theoretically possible that a prior highly advanced civilization was responsible for spreading some "farming animals" across the various islands where they then evolved into the species we know now. That old civilization may have left the planet or simply went extinct. This may tie into the religious background (Gaius, the seeder, etc). But up to this point there isn't much known about the origin of the major species. So far we just know that they are related.
I had read that in the have dialogue, but I was thinking that because the continent the story takes place was primarily elvish and fey, I felt that there could have been more races on the other continents and humans came along and wiped out each of them. About what you said about the Seeder and those other aspects of the religions and the old takes, I think you are along the right track of seeding the races. It would be cool to see other races that didn't exactly for out but went into a kind of hiding, disguising themselves among the human population. I wonder if we will get to see the Capitol and its continent in another game after this one is complete.
I'm positive that the world will have a happy ending. Though the way is kinda blurry at this point, but exciting.

I really feel bad for the elves but Maria's secret reveal hit really hard. It was the most unexpected turn of events for me and really shaked my view on the world. It's also a great life lesson to not hate on certain groups out of ignorance and lack of knowledge. Some day you may be on the receiving side.
Hey , really great game ive spent so much time in it its like the best of these and theres like so much content its actually insane but can anyone help me i was like so far ahead into the game i was close to finishing but i had like sort of like a mental breakdown and unistalled and deleted all files so now i would have to play like hundreds of hours tk get back where i was so does anyone have a safe file with like 80 to 85 percent of the game completed so that i can play again i barely started 0.17 but didnt finish 0.16 completely so if anyone has a safe file or mod i would aprecciate it
Exactly. I only discovered HH a few month ago and I played through it 3 times now ^^. I generally use the small money cheat code a couple of times right at the start, so I don't start as a broke hotel manager :P This gives a good headstart. Make sure you get the bar and the bar upgrades asap and do the delivery jobs and the bowling challenge on the weekend. You could "cheat" in the bowling challenge by simply going back a step when you get a bad result since it's mostly random. The only exception is when Moon is your contestant ^^. She's cheating as well and always wins, even when it ends in a tie ;)
With 0.18, this has been my 2nd time playing through, I've noticed alot of changes and more story since the last major update. I haven't felt the need to grind for money that much since after upgrading the bar that has sufficed enough for me as I pass each day. My only frustration is hitting the next great part of the story, and then find out this is the end of the story until the next update. I really cant wait for Lin's story specifically to be concluded and see what happens with the whole... spoilers im gonna stop here
I don't think Lin's story will be concluded any time soon as she's an elf and as such is tied to the meta story and where it leads. Of course we don't know any details yet, but the world needs to change before she can have her peace of mind. But yes, we shouldn't go too much into detail here :)
I REALLY want to try this game, but I just cant get joiplay to work on my phone. The app works a little different from the instructions and I just cant seem to get the game to run.

And a question to the Dev : From what I have played it seems the Ending is going to be Harem but do you have any plans of doing solo ending of Characters ? I find Lin to be most Lovable and Adorable and I would love it if she got her own solo ending without other girls. Also I checked the poll on patreon and top 3 girls are also Lin, Kali and Autumn seems like many people love them so I hope it means more content of those girls.
While stories certainly combine, each main character will have their own ending. There are 8 main stories that go along with each character going on at once.
I’m on Day 70 so I’m a decent way into everyone’s stories (I would trade my life for one night with Autumn) and am wondering if gallery scenes are missable. Or if there’s a legitimate walkthrough to make sure I unlock them all. Or maybe even something in-game that tells you how to unlock each scene. You should be able to unlock all scenes just by playing the game, the only thing that is locked behind the "traits" is some minor choices like "android" being nude in once scene instead of wearing a swim suit.
Once you unlock the scene you can replay it and pick different answers/options and they should have no influence on the main game (as the game is done by one person and is in rather early build some jank and bugs might happen).
I also noticed that some scenes in gallery seem to not be in a correct order or that you can uncover some out of order.
It's essentially impossible to miss out on any content, you don't need to do anything extra. Since HH is primarily a visual novel, it should be as easy as reading a book, flipping the page, going to the next chapter. In cases where there are pre-requisites to events, the game will tell you what you need to do.

Had I gave them lemonade instead of beer, would the scene still show up in the gallery, with the option to give them beer the second time? Probably not. The game files are much larger than what Itch generally allows. Runey made a post on this a while back, but it's buried under a tons of other posts, since I believe it was discussed a year or two ago.

you can repeat both: take Kali to the beach (+Exhibition) option and "farm" the proper choice.
Lin - a special scene you can start when she is in the kitchen (propably every morning at that stage of the game) - the last option "apron" and than the chosen position.
100% is generally tricky. For example the Ashley clocktower scene has an additional option that you only get when you have I think her affection on 10+ or something like that. Since you get that scene just once, you need to have the stats ready when you get there. I think this is similar for a lot of other additional content. You probably would need to ignore a lot of story early on and just increase the stats in order to get ALL additional content.
That's one of the neat features of "The Headmaster" (also a AVN) that has an extra menu that lists literally all scenes and events so you know which you're missing and you can actually rewatch them. You can even sort them by event type or by character. Though this would be tricky for HH I think. HH is more of a linear story with certain plots running in parallel.
In the story, you guys ruined all the equipment necessary to do these horrible things. That equipment is very expensive. There are most definitely other people doing the same thing, but doing good where you can do good and saving a lot of people, even if you can't completely solve the issue, is a great thing to do.
Hi, I need help figuring out how to download this for andriod. i downloaded the pc version. Then installed ren'py pluggin for joiplay, but when it comes to hitting the + on the bottom right, it doesn't show up, so idk what to do
hello!!! i have been playing this game on my android phone before and i saw my saved files from idk when that was,
when i transfered that file to the respective save folder of the game it worked just fine on my android phone and i manage to continue on my progress..............however when i transferred on my PC it cannot recognize it, although the file is there but it starts at the very beginning of the game.....is there a way i can make this work???
my phone is old so it heats up fast and drains battery quickly, i want to be able to play the game on bigger screen sooooooo.....
I don't know if this was only a problem for me but I couldn't buy anything out from the park without softlocking myself in a screen with no options. Like buying every seed or every tool just makes the game not return to the earlier text boxes.
Otherwise, have been loving the game for years at this point and I'm still following the updates actively. Good job <3
Stayed for the plot has never been more true. Absolutely love this game and I'm looking forward to future updates. Only issue I have with it is the timelines. The game would make much more sense if events happened in the right order. Like the newest events with Felicity and Emma, does it take place before or after Mutemaid event? It's hard to tell at times. Other than that, the game is perfect imo. Keep up the good work dev.

Free all elves! ;) Just two questions: - After I updated to 0.18 it shows me pending events for Jin, but I can't find how to trigger them? I'm at lvl 5 with her - The Android has a lust score that will never go up. Is this a bug, or are her lust scenes not implemented yet? Those are some of the best part of the game, btw
Another game with another cast of majority of girls railed by a full town. And if MC wants to do that then he had to follow an entire fcking emotional manipulation of a story and hard path to fck that railed woman ( Maria, Main elf sister and other elfs ).
Maria fcking had a period of time where she went on a emotional distress lol that was a pain to sit through.
I am on the right page lol. Being virgin or not doesn't matter much but the "very high body" count of some these girls was a turn off especially the elfs and Maria felt like there was no point in doing them after their history especially Jin, Sylvia etc. that physically repulsed me ( was a new experience atleast )
The only girl I was looking forward to being a virgin was Kali ( I liked her the most and I still don't know if she was lol though it seemed like she only used toys ).
Also Can I continue story without leveling Maria or characters I don't like up ?
Well I wanna play because it's popular+ I like some girls ( kali, Lin, Autumn and character design of elfs ) and mechanics ( dungeon, taking girls out on a date, city roaming, costumes, repeatable scenes etc. ) here enough that I can ignore some disgusting elements so If some parts that I don't like can be skipped it would be awesome like in the game between humanity where I didn't liked a girl I could reject her yk
To each their own. You can avoid the slaves if you'd like, there's not much they can do about essentially being raped. Plus they are hundreds of years old, but I still made Lin a virgin. Though most real women are not going to be virgins when you meet them unless they're under 18, so the amount of virgins in game is already quite unrealistic. Maria has had a fairly normal past considering the real world. She has a body count of like... 3 to 5? All that's written is that she has an ex and has experience in blowjobs IIRC
Possibly the best writing in any AVN, certainly my favourite, and I even think this update was the best so far (especially one exchange between Lin and Autumn) ❤️

You did not say what version you are playing. Old version 1.17.x had bug with leveling Maria at level 30.

barpatron3 is never called to initialize this value.
This is likely from corrupted game files, from an old save or updating improperly. You may need to reinstall the game or start a new save.

there's a certain option on their door that isn't there when no event is possible.
then go back to the bar when it's evening.....

Harem Hotel's filesize has been reduced from ~100GB to ~12GB, but if you have v0.17, you can just apply the v0.18 patch

You can even sort them by event type or by character. Though this would be tricky for HH I think. HH is more of a linear story with certain plots running in parallel.

Man .18 has been depressing on every girls storyline.
Even when they go burn down that abandonded hospital, we find out those evil sob's have been slaughtering more elves for stupid reasons.
I hope the next update is more upbeat!
Putting an end to bad things is depressing? That's good and hopeful imo.
Rescuing one elf is nice.
However, the people who did it arn't dead or in jail, so they can just go set up shop somewhere else.
Also if it's been happening a lot, there's probably other places doing it.

In the story, you guys ruined all the equipment necessary to do these horrible things. That equipment is very expensive. There are most definitely other people doing the same thing, but doing good where you can do good and saving a lot of people, even if you can't completely solve the issue, is a great thing to do.

Hi, I need help figuring out how to download this for andriod. i downloaded the pc version. Then installed ren'py pluggin for joiplay, but when it comes to hitting the + on the bottom right, it doesn't show up, so idk what to do
hello!!! i have been playing this game on my android phone before and i saw my saved files from idk when that was,
when i transfered that file to the respective save folder of the game it worked just fine on my android phone and i manage to continue on my progress..............however when i transferred on my PC it cannot recognize it, although the file is there but it starts at the very beginning of the game.....is there a way i can make this work???
my phone is old so it heats up fast and drains battery quickly, i want to be able to play the game on bigger screen sooooooo.....
I don't know if this was only a problem for me but I couldn't buy anything out from the park without softlocking myself in a screen with no options. Like buying every seed or every tool just makes the game not return to the earlier text boxes.
Otherwise, have been loving the game for years at this point and I'm still following the updates actively. Good job <3
Stayed for the plot has never been more true. Absolutely love this game and I'm looking forward to future updates. Only issue I have with it is the timelines. The game would make much more sense if events happened in the right order. Like the newest events with Felicity and Emma, does it take place before or after Mutemaid event? It's hard to tell at times. Other than that, the game is perfect imo. Keep up the good work dev.
All events take into account where you are with other character's stories and will change accordingly.

Just two questions:
- After I updated to 0.18 it shows me pending events for Jin, but I can't find how to trigger them? I'm at lvl 5 with her
- The Android has a lust score that will never go up. Is this a bug, or are her lust scenes not implemented yet? Those are some of the best part of the game, btw
To advance Jin, you must purchase the garden upgrade.
Lust increases when after a certain level, and during all sluttiness increases

Another game with another cast of majority of girls railed by a full town. And if MC wants to do that then he had to follow an entire fcking emotional manipulation of a story and hard path to fck that railed woman ( Maria, Main elf sister and other elfs ).
Maria fcking had a period of time where she went on a emotional distress lol that was a pain to sit through.

I am on the right page lol. Being virgin or not doesn't matter much but the "very high body" count of some these girls was a turn off especially the elfs and Maria felt like there was no point in doing them after their history especially Jin, Sylvia etc. that physically repulsed me ( was a new experience atleast )
The only girl I was looking forward to being a virgin was Kali ( I liked her the most and I still don't know if she was lol though it seemed like she only used toys ).
Also Can I continue story without leveling Maria or characters I don't like up ?
Not really. The girls stories are dependent on each other, so at some point you can not progress story unless you level up the others.

Well I wanna play because it's popular+ I like some girls ( kali, Lin, Autumn and character design of elfs ) and mechanics ( dungeon, taking girls out on a date, city roaming, costumes, repeatable scenes etc. ) here enough that I can ignore some disgusting elements so If some parts that I don't like can be skipped it would be awesome like in the game between humanity where I didn't liked a girl I could reject her yk

To each their own. You can avoid the slaves if you'd like, there's not much they can do about essentially being raped. Plus they are hundreds of years old, but I still made Lin a virgin. Though most real women are not going to be virgins when you meet them unless they're under 18, so the amount of virgins in game is already quite unrealistic. Maria has had a fairly normal past considering the real world. She has a body count of like... 3 to 5? All that's written is that she has an ex and has experience in blowjobs IIRC
