Renpy doesn't offer benchmarking tools, so if I were to guess, the minimum requirements are 100MB of RAM dedicated to HH. Enough to store 24 frames of an animation so that it doesn't stutter.
But that doesn't explain why some older phones wouldn't be able to handle it. I can't imagine any have less than 1,000MB of RAM.

She's also the smallest and weakest character in the entire game, so don't pretend like the player character couldn't have stopped it haha.

You were not forced to waive her rent. The player character chose to waive her rent, because she would be homeless otherwise. The player character loves ashley, which is why they have sex. You are not the player character.

In general, just continue with the story. Eventually Sylvia is going to be available. There is a special event after which Sylvia is available.

About the video issue; please try again, i know at least a dotzend VN using videos succesfully. Reducing quality and stuttering must have been an error on your side, that's not a general problem of neither videoformats nor the stuttering one of Renpy.

There is patch for PC version 0.17 that upgrades it to 0.18. It is available at the Downloads section like the other downloads.
You do not mention what platform you are using, so I can not advice on how the patching might work. The patch download is a zip file, inside it is Readme-file that tells how to do the patching.
The zip file could be split to 1 GB files, download each separately and then join them back to one large zip file. This might be too complicated for typical users.
I would rather spend time figuring out what is wrong with the downloads, I have not seen problems. The file does take time to download, but eventually it has arrived and no errors.
Seems download problems are somewhat common, so it might make sense to make it better. But I think I have not seen any user helped with download problems reporting back so it would be known what the problem was and how it was resolved. Or if the download just does not work no matter what.

I'm stuck, I can't progress anyone's story before raising androids level but in the last 40 days I've never had a way to. I've followed her around but nothing.
Currently I have the option to progress with Autumn but it prompts me to raise Lin's level but when I try that I get a prompt saying I should raise android's level.
It would be very weird for max level to be 39 since it seems there is more content with other characters that I can't access unless I raise her level plus I didn't get the message you get when max a characters story for that version.
I have bought all the slaves and Lin's story just like Autumn's prompts about Android's level.

I think a wiki page about each level's requirements would be very useful, in the past getting stuck wasn't such a problem because I'd find a way to progress in relatively short time but this now has been going of for a while.
I noticed that you are trying to help people with download problems. Unfortunately browsers don't like even the tiniest interruption when downloading something and downloading on a phone is even worse since using a 'weak' phone, using another app while downloading or the screen turning off can cause an interaption and a slow internet connection means there is more time for something to go wrong. I used to download everything on my PC before but when v18 came out tried on my phone since now I have a high end device and my internet is much faster and I didn't have a problem. I remember in this past I had tried to use mobile data which were a lot faster and everything was going great until someone called me and the download failed🤣. I think the only way to help these people is to provide another means of downloading where interaptions don't matter for example Torrent. If you want to simulate the error they are getting turn off and on again the wifi on your phone while downloading the game.

That language option is a placeholder. Turkish is not available (yet?).
You can join Discord to discuss the Turkish translation, I do not know if it is work in progress and how complete it is.

There is patch for PC version 0.17 that upgrades it to 0.18. It is available at the Downloads section like the other downloads.
You do not mention what platform you are using, so I can not advice on how the patching might work. The patch download is a zip file, inside it is Readme-file that tells how to do the patching.
Can the game possibly get a multi part download? 12gb is a lot.
The zip file could be split to 1 GB files, download each separately and then join them back to one large zip file. This might be too complicated for typical users.
I would rather spend time figuring out what is wrong with the downloads, I have not seen problems. The file does take time to download, but eventually it has arrived and no errors.
Seems download problems are somewhat common, so it might make sense to make it better. But I think I have not seen any user helped with download problems reporting back so it would be known what the problem was and how it was resolved. Or if the download just does not work no matter what.
Wouldn't using rar solve the complexity issue of recombining compressed files?

I'm stuck, I can't progress anyone's story before raising androids level but in the last 40 days I've never had a way to. I've followed her around but nothing.
Currently I have the option to progress with Autumn but it prompts me to raise Lin's level but when I try that I get a prompt saying I should raise android's level.

It would be very weird for max level to be 39 since it seems there is more content with other characters that I can't access unless I raise her level plus I didn't get the message you get when max a characters story for that version.
I have bought all the slaves and Lin's story just like Autumn's prompts about Android's level.
What about the garden, do you have the garden where you can plant crops and go sell the harvest?
Yes I have max upgrade garden. Already found a way to sell shroom juice.
I think a wiki page about each level's requirements would be very useful, in the past getting stuck wasn't such a problem because I'd find a way to progress in relatively short time but this now has been going of for a while.
I noticed that you are trying to help people with download problems. Unfortunately browsers don't like even the tiniest interruption when downloading something and downloading on a phone is even worse since using a 'weak' phone, using another app while downloading or the screen turning off can cause an interaption and a slow internet connection means there is more time for something to go wrong. I used to download everything on my PC before but when v18 came out tried on my phone since now I have a high end device and my internet is much faster and I didn't have a problem. I remember in this past I had tried to use mobile data which were a lot faster and everything was going great until someone called me and the download failed🤣. I think the only way to help these people is to provide another means of downloading where interaptions don't matter for example Torrent. If you want to simulate the error they are getting turn off and on again the wifi on your phone while downloading the game.
